GREEN HRM & JOB PERFORMANCE: UNVEILING PATHWAY THROUGH JOB SATISFACTION

چکیده

This study aims to investigate relationship between Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices and job performance, while examining the mediating role of satisfaction. GHRM focus upon integrating environmentally sustainable into human resource policies procedures. The used quantitative research design, with data collected through structured questionnaire from a sample employees across various industries. statistical techniques like correlation analysis regression were employed analyze data. results revealed positive & significant amid indicating that organizations implement friendly HR tend have higher performance levels among their employees. Findings indicated satisfaction partially mediates performance. should prioritize creation work environment promotes can be realized by providing chances for employee involvement, recognition, growth, other factors.
